Does it work with the brands I sell?
Most likely yes. The catalog already covers many flooring, tile and quartz lines. If you carry a line we don't have yet, we build it during setup from real product imagery and swatches.

Free manufacturer-funded visualizers are paid for by the brands that appear in them, so they show those brands, carry their branding, and were built for the shopper on a website first. SurfaceSwap is paid because nobody else is paying for it: every brand you carry in one catalog, your logo on every image, floor, countertop and backsplash, generative AI that keeps the rest of the room, and a tool made for the salesperson on the iPad. Nothing stops you from keeping a free tool on your website and using SurfaceSwap in the home and on the sales floor.
How accurate is it?
The tool replaces only the surface you pick and keeps the rest of the photo. Every result is checked automatically; if something else in the room changed, it's redone or rejected instead of shown. Colors on a screen are never a substitute for a physical sample, so we recommend showing both.
What if a result looks wrong?
Every image is checked automatically. If anything besides the surface you picked changed, it's generated again and, if still wrong, rejected instead of shown. If a result still doesn't look right, retake the photo with more light and less on the surface; that fixes most cases.
Do I need an app or special hardware?
No. It runs in the browser on any iPad, iPhone, Android or laptop. Your team logs in with a link.
Does it need internet in the customer's home?
Yes. The photo goes to the AI and the result comes back, a few megabytes each way. An iPad with cellular data or a phone hotspot is enough.
Which floors and surfaces does it do?
Vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, tile and carpet floors; quartz and stone countertops; tile and mosaic backsplashes. All from the catalog, with real product imagery, swatches and names.
Can I add products that aren't in the catalog?
Yes. Send us the line and we add it from real product imagery and swatches, during setup or later.
How many salespeople can use it?
As many as you want per location. Each one gets their own login, and the monthly visualization quota is shared by the store.
What happens with my customers' photos?
They're used only to generate the visualization for that customer. We use a paid tier of the AI provider, and under its terms the provider does not use paid-tier prompts, images or responses to improve its models.
Is there a free trial?
No. There's a live demo instead, in the Central Florida area: we show a product you sell installed in a photo of your own showroom, so you judge it on your floor, not ours. Founding stores get the first year at $97/month.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel any time. Annual plans are prepaid at the discounted rate.
Can customers use it on my website?
Not yet. SurfaceSwap is built for your salespeople, on the iPad, in the home and on the showroom floor. A public website widget is on the roadmap; tell us on the demo if you need it.
